Your partner account has base pricing denominated in United States Dollars (USD) which allows us to pass direct savings from our suppliers to you, without the need to deal in foreign exchange variance or fluctuating market conditions. However, every partner can choose to order and pay in their local currency by utilizing our regional websites when desired.

No More Deposits! Our original partner system required the account to be prepaid before orders could be submitted. We've changed this requirement; by default, partners can now prepay or pay per order. There's no need to prepay your account unless we've made that specific arrangement with you (for example, if you have a special pricing structure that requires the partner account to be prepaid). |

Private Label
The Trustico® partner service offers many different SSL Certificate brands. We'll never send your customers to our retail site or contact them with marketing material wherever possible.
Essentially, we regard you as our customer and your customers are exactly that - yours. During the ordering process we may be required to collect information about the end user for validation purposes, however you are welcome to use your partner details in all other aspects.
SSL Certificate Validity and Partner Responsibilities
Partners purchasing SSL Certificates on behalf of their customers should understand the distinction between the license validity period and the validity of each issued SSL Certificate. SSL Certificate licenses can be purchased for periods of up to five years, however due to industry regulations set by the CA/Browser Forum each issued SSL Certificate has a maximum validity of 200 days, generally issued for 199 days.
During a multi-year license period you must reissue the SSL Certificate before each expiry to maintain continuous protection for your customer. Reissuance is provided at no additional cost throughout the license period. Failure to reissue before an SSL Certificate expires will result in security warnings being displayed to your customer's website visitors, even if the license period is still active. Important : Partners and customers are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of installed SSL Certificates. The ordering system displays all orders on an account with the purchased license validity dates, however each SSL Certificate has its own validity dates dependant on when it was issued within the license period.
The tracking system can be accessed on an order-by-order basis and displays both the license validity and the validity details of the last SSL Certificate issued. When managing multiple SSL Certificates, it is advisable to use bespoke monitoring tools or dedicated SSL Certificate monitoring software to detect installed SSL Certificates and be alerted when it is time to reissue or renew.

Reseller Support
In addition to 24-hour hassle-free ordering via our fully automated ordering system, our partners are provided with access to our support department to assist with the everyday running of the account. Reseller support is available via e-mail, live chat and telephone. Our support department is able to offer sales assistance, marketing material and technical guides. Just let us know, we're here to help.
Our support department monitor all reseller orders and will ensure to assist you with handy tips to maximize sales and to retain customer satisfaction. If for any reason the end user reaches out to us to directly, we'll treat them in the highest regard on your behalf.
API Access
With our partner system you are able to submit orders via our fully automated ordering system or allow your customers to order directly via your own customized ordering flow.
We're upgrading our API services to include new features, products and tools. A simple API is available for remote background processing and tracking of orders. Multi Domain products include up to 3x Subject Alternate Names (SANs) within the base price. Additional SANs are charged on a per SAN basis.
